Healing is possible

and so is a life of strength, courage, beauty, and grace.

Sometimes the difficulties of life are overwhelming.

It can be all but impossible to find one’s way through alone. Sharing your heart with another is needed.

Being heard and understood is the first step toward healing.

But the best therapy doesn’t end with sharing your story. The next steps are integral to lasting change. The best outcomes are obtained when evidence-based strategies and a person’s strengths are integrated. This allows natural healing to occur and important tools to be mastered.

At By Grace Counseling, no one is floundering, no one is in the dark, and no one is unsure of the direction of therapy.

Together, we can begin on the path toward healing.

Together we will find a way through.

Healing is possible

“Grace is the only thing that is ever enough.” - Ann Voskamp

  • Anxiety

Both positive and negative changes increase stress levels and can lead to irritability, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, increased or decreased appetite, sadness, fatigue, and troubles with sleep.

  • Loss/Trauma

Significant loss and traumatic experiences often lead to intrusive memories, avoidance, negative changes in thinking and mood, negative physical reactions and/or PTSD. Thriving after loss, trauma IS possible.

  • Problematic Coping

Stress, trauma, and loss naturally lead to actions that alleviate pain. While some of these coping strategies are helpful in the short term, they may become new problems that significantly hinder healthy living.

Dr. Grace Tramm is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in the assessment and treatment of a number of mental health issues. Her interventions are constructed on evidence-based research and each client’s unique strengths and characteristics.

“The miracle is this: that you will rise in the morning and be able to see again the startling beauty of the day.”
